Dodgy Humax

There's one in particular that can cause problems with the hard disk active. Easy to replace (don't have to use the same sort, I used a wired one).

If either of the terminals of this type of capacitor looks dull instead of shiny, and/or there is a fishy smell when you unsolder it, examine and clean the PCB carefully before fitting a new one.

One of the characteristics of this type of capacitor is that of leaking electrolyte if it gets old or very hot, and the electrolyte is easily water-soluble but dissolves copper and will eat PCB tracks. If it has leaked, remove every trace of it and look at the nearby tracks carefully. If you do find any problems, go around the machine examining all the rest of this type of capacitor for dull terminals.

These capacitors come in various temperature ratings and lifetimes. Go for at least 105 degree versions.
