Yeah, we don't have any with bollards and our curb extensions arent the same height as the normal curb, they are in fact massive great chunks of concrete on the road that you can't drive over.

Yeah, but yours are the same height as the footpath. Ours arent, they are much higher.
Ours decide for themselves how much they will raise in rates and only have a limit imposed by the state govt on how much they can raise the rates by in a particular year.
And they drove a full aircraft carrier battle group thru that purported limit by separating the charge for water and sewerage from the rates and ended up doubling the total charge for a residential property in just one year.
Not sure that would work very well with Clydesdales, they have very hairy legs.
But you havent noticed that modern computer controlled injected cars don't have them. So they can't use the old style single high voltage coil which gets the high voltage distributed to the individual spark plugs by the distributor.
I wouldn't, sheep are a lot dumber than cattle.
They operate at about 6000V, I guess it can spark through the fur.

The trouble is when the ECU goes wrong all hell breaks loose.
My current (French - as in s***ty electrics) car failed the annual safety test because it was reporting a failure of the antilock brakes. Luckily I use a garage where the mechanics have common sense. The computer reported a fault, but refused to specify what part was broken, so he just passed it anyway.
I doubt it. We did some field trials back in the late 60s and did use an electric fence to keep the sheep in the trial blocks. One of us used to have his dog with him all the time. The fence didn't stop the dog. Until one day after heavy rain, the dog tried to go thru the fence yet again. He never tried it again after that.
Then you have clearly never had much to do with either of them.
You cant do anything like a full bullock train with sheep and that's not because they are much smaller. Dog sleds work fine with dogs that are about the same size as sheep, bit smaller if anything.
Every single note I've ever had given to me by a bank was brand new. So= I assume they ALWAYS pulp them.

Much more viable to do it at the 12V level and have the stepup transformer right at the spark plug itself. That way you don't have the problem of insulating the plug leads to the distributor.
It doesn't go wrong with the well designed ones.
Cant see how that is even possible. The bulk of the notes must be handed to some shop or other in exchange for goods and the bulk of those must be deposited in a bank and not just stuffed under the mattress.
It isnt even likely that the bigger stores like supermarkets hand a wad of notes to the truck drivers that show up with a truck full of stuff that goes on the shelves and they take that wad of notes back to the manufacturer of the stuff they delivered to the supermarket.
