Challenge is to maintain blood glucose in sensible ranges without unreasonable loss of QoL.
It's a good object lesson in discovering that there isn't a one size fits all, and that suits me well.
Depends on what you want to achieve. For me, it's a good solution for what I need to achieve and I can easily measure the results. OMMV.
