Type pressure monitors compulsory on new cars since 2014. ABS since 2004.
A few years back replacement in-tyre sensors for my car were expensive. They seem to have dropped dramatically in price since then.

I was going to get an electric car, but they don't save you money. They cost a lot more and the batteries need replacing for £1000s.
Since when was a low pressure tyre dangerous? I had a FLAT front tyre on my Ford Mondeo and didn't even notice, the power steering was so good at correcting it. That tyre was not repairable, and was full of powdered rubber by the time I got home!
I've never owned a car newer than 2002, although I've had 3 cars with ABS (98, 00, 02).
No, but any woman who wants to be a bricklayer and can do the work should get equal consideration for the job and if hired should get equal pay for the same work.

I've known some fantastic female welders. There are a good number of good female mechanics. IF they can do the same work they should be paid the same.
Same goes for men. Good male nurses, for example, should not be paid more than female nurses - and shitty male mechanics shopuld not be paid aswell as good ones. Cuts both ways, I guess.
There's no need to check this. If you're a woman who's good at something, someone will pay you well. If you're not as good, you get paid less. There should be no enforcement. If I want to only employ women with huge t*ts, why shouldn't I be allowed to?
Impossible to prove. Say I advertise for a bricklayer and 9 men and 1 woman apply. If I hire one of the men, I can just say I thought he was the best for the job.
