And yet more examples of how all this 'mass production' of sentientcreatures for our consumption and exploitation is coming back to bitethem, us and the suppliers. ;-( was watching something on TV (may have been Countryfile?) thatcovered a turkey flesh peddler///// farmer who was lamenting the factthat because of Covid19 and the lock downs likely over Xmyth that hehas a few thousand 'big' turkeys too many and was trying to suggestpeople still bought them and made them last longer?(I was watching the trusting, intellegent and inquisitive birdswandering about and wondering why anyone would consider them 'food').;-(A couple of Xmyths ago we went to stay with the Inlaws and daughterbrought a vegan 'roast' (just a commercial meat substitute jointthing) for herself. SIL cooked it and served it up and BIL, a fairlybig meat eater gave it a try, obviously quite ready to dislike it, butsaid it was 'pretty good' (confirmed by the fact we watched him take afew more slices). ;-) did a bit of improv dinner last night with some 'duckless'duck-spring rolls, rice noodles, mixed small veg, a vegan stir frysauce thing, some mushrooms that needed using up and some pilau riceand it was lovely (if I say so myself). ;-)And McD's are getting in on it more soon:Cheers, T i m

Is that psychopath Spike still here (it's what you can become if you routinely witness animal murder when you are young). ;-(

And he's obviously never been on a 'Treasure hunt', or an 'Easter egg hunt' (probably out hunting for innocent animals to kill for the fun of it).

He's also stopped evolving, proven by the fact he wants to carry on doing what we have been doing, even though there is no good reason for the vast majority to carry on doing it (or paying someone else to do it for us in most cases).

And my statement still stands 'most people' don't want and couldn't kill each other or an animal except maybe the left brainers and psychopaths etc. 'Having to' (to survive / defend yourself) can be different, but even then, animals don't do it for fun and nor do most people doing it to survive.
