Totally agree. The idea it is some lifestyle choice is bigoted in the extreme. As is saying normal men imitating women (or vice versa) would be a big enough problem to curtail their human rights.

Yes - but I have NO time for the current state of play where people are trying to redefine what constitutes a "woman" and then cause problems for other women, girls and female prisoners:

I'd be more sympathetic if they just said "I'd like to dress and act like a woman.

As soon as it goes to "I want to compete in the women's events in sport or be in the same female only spaces as my daughter or wife" then what sympathy I had just evaporated.
