If that is your cheapest way, I would hate to see the most expensive.
Do you need the lock to be openable from the outside? If not, a simple bolt is the usual way.
I wonder where these posts are coming from. Even HoH gives a link to themselves.
The glowing desctription says to me it's an advert of some sort.

217.77.215.254 in the header, do a lookup on that.But you can make it look like that with a VPN, so the physical location is rather meaningless.
