Oh, he's no kid. He's fully grown and fully whacked. The funny thing is, it's nearly certain that he doesn't behave this way in person. It's typical "hiding behind a computer in a back bedroom" behavior. As long as he's hidden and feels safe, he can be the biggest ass in the world... no consequences and no embarrassment. The freaky thing is, he lives among us. We see him cutting his grass or walking his dog and we wave to him not knowing he has this dirty little secret.

That's the other possibility.
One of the sad side-effects of a more accessible Usenet and internet is the poor quality of even the trolls and spammers. Back in the early days, when trolls were trolls, we had entities like the Serdar Argic-bot and the green-card spammers. *Those* were trolls and spammers one could rap right smartly with the clue stick and get some fight back. Fight back with some amount of intelligence, twisted though it was. Those were worthy opponents, the current crop is nothing but script-kiddies and deranged, mentally aberrant fools whose best return is a few expletives and scatalogical phrases. Serdar had the temerity and intellect to actually write a response-bot that could somewhat parse responses and return almost human-sounding responses. Misdirected and a foreign agent he was, but at least intellectually capable beyond his ideological myopia.
Yep, them was the days. It all started going downhill when the phrase "me too" came into vogue.
