Underfloor Insulation
I'm thinking of insulating a suspended timber floor with 90mm insulation board. It's quite tricky to access, with pipes and wiring making it more difficult. I'm thinking of getting some 1.2 x 0.6m...

Correct wire used at last
After suffering several burnouts by using stranded 2.5mm cable for my 8.5 kW sauna, I finally used 50A 10mm cooker cable and have solved the wiring problem. Good job I don't do it for a living.

OT: Rabbit
During the night there was a hell of a commotion, then a loud crack. I got up this morning to find the catflap broken off, and this lying on the floor. I assume the cat didn't fit through at the same...

Not cross-threading the new immersion heater
Not cross-threading the new immersion heater! I am having trouble putting the new immersion heater in, just starting the thread correctly. Is there a knack to this that I just haven't learnt?

Using integrated car camera as a webcam?
I'll soon be getting a car with an integrated camera so I've been wondering whether the data from this could be used as a "dash" cam, but (according to M-B) there is no way to get at the data. Has...
