Items via Prime are often more expensive than buying the same thing non-Prime.

I don't get them, and I don't use Amazon or Fleabay.
That's nice... but note that there is no connection between receiving them and whether or not you actually use the services of either company
- they are just speculative cold calls.
(and in the case of these particular scams are probably less likely to work if you are a user of the services in question)
