Giffgaff...
Monthly bundles from £6 with unlimited domestic calls and texts.
Better value (IMHO): £8 for a month with unlimited calls/texts and 3Gb of mobile data.
BTW: calls to USA 2p a minute (has to come out of PAYG-type top-up credit, though)

the stupid one walk along the street with a stupid smile on their face ...I just bump them out of the way
I get all my bank codes that way
Oh, £2.50 minimum monthly spend :-( They keep that very well hidden.
Makes that pretty unattractive as a low user then.

So do I, but you only need to Rx, and not send, so I think that's fine. PN do support reception of short codes ?
BTW I confirmed a restaurant booking via SMS short code last week, and got clobbered for 13p. (I took it off the tip)
But that's no use to you if you hardly ever use your phone.
still talking about 1pmobile? Doesn't sound like their offerings ...
Nope, and never have.

Yes they do, my bank used to require the occasional reply to short-codes, e.g. for suspected fraudulent transactions, but they no longer do.
I wondered the same, but couldn't see anything on the OFCOM site, other than them commenting on it
I managed to take a new contract (a one-day website special offer) for my mobile with the same supplier that saved me more than their annual increase ...
From their web site:

That's *way* more than I spend on my mobile. I currently use idMobile PAYGO.
More fool you. I don't bother paying for a landline anymore.
I don't spend £5pm, I doubt I've ever hit that and certainly not £60/yr.
Dual sim phone: PAYG sims and probably 100mB/pm data usage
How much is it costing you for unlimited data with more than one person's access?
OK, that's new. Even though I pay for the SIM, it's in my brother's phone ...
Ay? What does idMobile have to do with a landline?
But it makes more sense to not have the landline anymore so you have to include the cost of that and a voip service if you have one.
That's not the voice landline.
Anyone with even half a clue has just the mobile anymore, no landline.
