There's not much socialist about China these days - inside or out...
We're more socialist that they are - we have universal free healthcare, "dole", various incapacity benefits and assistance.
In China, you pay (albeit a small amount - it is subsidised) to go to hospital or see a doctor and a nurse does not wipe your bum or feed you. That's not a nurses job. Your relatives do or if that's not possible there are a bunch of freelancers hanging around who will for nominal payment.
I can't think of a more on-topic subject for a DIY group than arse-wiping.
