The load?
Forgive my ignorance, the load - the thing you are powering? Would that not connect to the battery?
Or would you use those if you had a setup without a battery?
If you connect load direct across the battery the regulator couldn't provide undervoltage cut-off, maybe it does, maybe it doesn't, seems that Lucky Golden Hedgehog don't provide manuals ...
