It isn't hard to picture this thing unscrewing and falling to the floor. Amazon has several versions of it.
I presume it at least rotates in the right direction to make that less likely. Another problem is what is the weight? Those screw lamp fixtures and boxes are listed to support a bulb. I can't imagine that this is UL listed. It's probably small, made of cheap, thin plastic and doesn't weigh anything like a typical ceiling fan though.
