Anyone know what has happened to this company? I placed an order several weeks ago. Never received acknowledgement. Sent them several emails, the last one being returned by administrator as "not deliverable." Tried their 800 number. Constantly busy. Then tried their 212 number with same results. It looks like they have shut down. Need to find out whether they charged my credit card. Looks like they are in New York. Figures.

I work in the city and have been to their store on a number of occasions. They're really a bunch of good guys and I'm sure if you have any difficulties they will correct them quickly.

Turns out they are not out of business but very busy. Nice people. Glad they are still around.
I finally got through to them. They are are nice people to deal with. Glad they have not gone out of business. Thanks for the input.
