Anybody know anything about a Consolidated Machinery 8" radial arm saw? It has a 3/4 shaft for the blade.

You will find most saws have a 5/8" arbor for 10" or smaller blades and 1" for 12" and bigger blades. I am not sure where you would get blades for the RAS.
