Things that p**s you off...

I just use the facility to print postage directly from ebay - don't need a post office then (if it will go through a postbox) - bigger stuff you can just dump and run ;-)

Cautionary tale about that... I flogged a batch of tat recently, and one of my punters complained of non-delivery - turned out that the address he had registered with PayPal was *different* to the one he had registered on ebay; and as far as PayPal's seller protection goes, they insist you use the PayPal address. My buyer insisted he was in the right and PayPal would have screwed me over if he'd claimed; although ultimately he owned up that he had indeed received his tat and gave me my first-ever neutral feedback, which pissed me off mightily.

But you don't get your free certificate of posting that way - at least if you do that, you can claim against the PO for non-delivery ...
