It's not abusive to point out that someone who tells a lie is a liar. You stated clearly "You can have the last word." I took you at your word, and you turn out to be a liar.

In both cases check out the online stuff. Of course, it's a fairly normal mix of stuff for any large supermarket chain in the UK, but I'm so used to seeing them as stripped-down, no frills, etc. Of course, perhaps they might be adulterating the online foto service with cheap fixer.
