A bit late with that one. We have had a 'no coal 24 hours ' some weeks ago massively publicized by the ecoloon media.

The solar graphs are very square edged, does the data source for that round to the nearest 500MW, or just refresh less frequently?

I don't know, TNP will.

Just wanted to note the 0% for coal (which we were edging towards anyway, even if it was a data anomaly.)

refresh less frequently.

there also grounds to suspect its fairly heavily overestimated.

Since the estimates more than fill the midday notch in the raw demand figures, and actually create a 'bulge' in them when added back to the meter and the graphs.

well as I say you are somewhat late. 0% coal has been round as a single figure for some time.

A triumph of legislation over common sense.

But was that not a weekend? 'No coal' at 0820 on a weekday might be a greater achievement.
