Razor & solvent ?
Specifically, label remover spray
Angle-grinder, obviously.

Whatever solvent/spray you use be sure to protect the dashboard and any other plasticky/painty bits really well.
Cheese cutter wire then meths.
dental floss?
From the grave I can hear TMH shouting use WD40.
Well CPC used to sell some fluid for removing tape glue from most things, but it can be a bit long winded. Brian
the real problem at my advanced years is the awkward access
Do you have windscreen insurance? :-)
Don?t know it it would be applicable in this case but using dental floss like a wire saw behind things you want to remove from flat surfaces (like car badges) can be very effective.
