He worked for a French company called MACC
Showed my 4 items. Escamac a multi function ladder, very impressive & well built, but didn't do anything my Wickes jobby doesn't. Modulmac a shelf unit with 7 organisers in, again nice, but 7 organisers and some ply could achieve the same. A cantilever toolbox and a set of folding saw horses, very clever design, but I don't use them.
I asked on a few occasions how much these things were & he avoided the question, rabbiting on about quality instead. IME people afraid of mentioning price are selling stuff that is silly money. Give me the hump to be honest.
Eventually he gave me a price for the four items, mentioning that I could have 90 days credit & pay in three instalments.
So, how much for a multi purpose ladder, a storage system, a tool box & a pair of saw horses?
