No it was the external HD20 for the Mac 512K and usuable on the Macplus and almost any Mac that had a SCSI interface.

IIRC there was a sizeable time gap between old and new series. The new aped the style of the old all it could, but he could not hide his age when it came to a fight. All he could do was move out the way without speed.
