MOT

Apologies if you all knew already but apparently most councils have their own garages for their vehicles. By law these garages offer MOT tests to the public. So if your wary of a normal garage fault finding during an MOT to bump up repair costs your local council garage (if there is one) has no conflict of interest as they don't do repairs for the public.
