I don't think knocking the driver over was intentional. Telehandlers have a tight turning circle and the forks were extended.

Pass. My ancient fork truck is rear wheel steer and the tyres last forever. I expect all 4 wheels are driven on telehandlers so some scuffing on tight turns.
