Full marks, if he had mounted it the other way up it would have filled with water.
Do property owners get a discount for advertising the alarm company? Are they even asked if they want a sticker?
Also When I look in my rear view mirror at a fire appliance or ambulance I expect to see it back-to-front.
Good spot! Definitely looks like the sticker has been put on upside down if the vents are supposed to face downwards.
