I've got a new toilet bidet that has come with a braided hose that is too short to be routed the way I need to do it.
I need one 30-36" long. Any suggestions?
I maybe a a gender changing connector and then a long tap hose?

Can you put another flexible one to that braided hose? It won't look good.
I think you would be better off having solid pipe closer to your bidet. And then a short flexible braid hose for the last bit.
That's what I'd do - Screwfix and Toolstation seem to have a clearance on long tap hoses + short piece of copper pipe.
Something like this will do the trick, you can get compression fitting version if you are not confident with soldering

I suspect I go for the “cludgy” approach and just re-route all the 15mm pipework so that the T-piece for the hose is closer to where it needs to go. Fortunately all the pipework will be concealed. A longer hose would have been nice but on comparing the threads on my hose with some old mixer tap ones that were lurking in my “plumbing bits” box, it’s a different thread.
I suspect it’s the size that is popular on the continent for plumbing toilet cisterns.

If it is just a long hose you are after then Screwfix do 900mm, 1000mm and even 1500mm they have a 15 mm compression fitting on one end and 1/2” BSP on the other. What is the end on the Bidet and what have you got on the copper pipe feeding it?
Linked below, others sellers are available:
Half inch fittings way too big. Have another look at my picture. The T-piece connects using conventional ½” fittings but the hose uses a smaller size. Doesn’t appear to be common in the UK but I’m sure I’ve seen similar sub-½ “ fittings on toilet cisterns in France.
