Bet that goes down well with the locals. Brian
As the description states it is for a Scarecrow festival so not likely to be there too long , makes a change from some guy fawkes like effigy in dark clothing and yellow tabard holding an old hairdryer that's supposed to look like a copper with a speed gun.
