Cooper Fungicide

Depends on whether there is a fungus on your apple tree. Copper sulphate is an old time fungicide, still fairly effective

How prices have changed

In 1989, my graphic design department bought me a "top of the line" 386 PC with an Apple Laserwriter printer. The bill was over $10,000. Mind boggling.

OT: Windows 2000 Pro to XP Pro upgrade without having to reinstall applications?

AS I pointed out, gridwatch at least has more linux hits than Apple mac hits , and they together comprise 33% of all the hits

OT VM SUperhub and routers

Have been using an Apple Airport router (both frequencies available) for years - when super hub thing arrived it went straight into modem mode. Obvious answer. Works well.

What the holy mother of hell is this?

Spore fruiting-bodied of Gymnosporangium rust (a fungus), also called cedar apple gall rust. The rust needs two host to complete the lifecycle: Juniper and some Crabapple, Amelanchier, Hawthorne, etc.

OT; The Fiesta Bowl

During the Sugar Bowl broadcast, one of the announcers said you can download the Fiesta Bowl game from Apple I-Tunes. I looked at the Apple I-Tune site and found 3 hits via the search tab. I do not have an account there, nor am I familiar with downloading stuff from such a site.
