They should make all cars create noises when there's a severe problem. I've only had one car (a Golf) which made a noise when the petrol was low (accompanied by a flashing orange light). And none which have made any noise, or even a light, when the temperature is high, they just rely on you happening to see the temperature guage has moved a bit during the 30 seconds you get to save the engine by stopping.
Why would you deliberately block someone? Have you never heard of letting people out?
So why would it be on in the circumstance above?

No, it just makes a small hole which you ignore, or better yet ask the guy for cash to cover it, then keep it.

Those prats that instead of alternating when they are trying to join a queue decide that they won't wait their turn and will instead follow the previous car into the gap that you left or that are too impatient, pull out of a stop-start queue into a lane marked for turning only, get up near the front and then try and push their way in.

Getting low on petrol isnt a severe problem. I chose to wait till then to fill up unless I am on a long trip or expect the price to rise.

Yep, that's what happened with the stupid cow that drove into my tow bar in the supermarket carpark. smashed her bumper completely, multiple pieces on the road.
Makes more sense to not stop so stupidly close so you just yawn if it rolls back a bit when moving off.
99% of my photos and videos are portrait. The hold to support the device for looking at webpages in landscape isn't the same as needed to use the camera in landscape.
What on earth are you talking about? Why do you have difficulty holding a rectangular object sideways?
And why don't you think of the result? Why would you want a stupidly shaped video that doesn't fit on a TV or computer monitor properly, and isn't the shape of your field of vision?
The problem is that with the phone in portrait mode, your hand is behind the phone, with the back of your hand pointing at what you are videoing, with your fingers around the vertical sides of the phone so you can still see the entire screen.
With the phone in landscape mode, the back of your hand is between you and the phone so you cant actually see the screen properly to see what you are videoing.
That's a secondary consideration to what muscle memory produces.
Because that approach allows you to see what you are videoing.
Maybe it has something to do with altitude. If they're really high, maybe they're not "going" bong!, they're asking for one. In which case it would be bong? HTH []'s

So when you park, you only get warned infinitesimally before you collide with the wall.
The fault would clearly be his. Pedestrians and other drivers would be witnesses, so would your dashcam. If all else fails, push him. Once he's made contact with your car, you won't damage yours much by pushing him along faster than he wants to, then swerving a bit to knock him off the road. Also if you own an older car than most others, then it always costs them more.

Wrong, as always. When you get closer to the wall than only fools stop at in a queue, you start to get beeps from the parking sensor and the rate increases as you get closer to the wall and even a terminal f****it such as yourself should be able to work out that you are getting closer to that wall, before you hit it.
Its nothing like as black and white as that. Terminal f*****ts like you can stop much too close to the car in front of them and manage to run into the back of the car in front of them too.
And when moving off, can be too stupid to notice that the car in front of them has just stopped after it started to move off and run into the back of the car in front of them that way too.
But are rather unlikely to get involved with such a minor collision. That carpark was quite active when that stupid cow drove out of the slot without looking, right into my tow bar as I backed out. No one bothered to get involved when it was so obvious it was her fault and we were obviously exchanging details.

In fact the problem is that when you hold it in landscape mode, the back of your hand obscures the screen and you cant see what is being videoed, stupid.
