The more evidence there is, the longer the trial is going to take. I don't understand the need for fast trials. That's what they do in totalitarian states. The vast majority of trials probably take a reasonable amount of time. There are exceptions, like the OJ farce, but I would not use those as an excuse to rush to judgment. The recent high profile cases seem to have taken about the right amount of time, Rittenhouse, the female cop who shot the motorist, even the Maxwell case was pretty fast.
