You should mention that you spent more on the roof and gutter than the entire house is worth.

Also I have a neighbor that leaves light on over garage all the time. Think he leaves it on to power his security camera.

And I had the whole Front Porch brickwork redone in 2017! They kept the Bullnose Steps as they were all good.

Any house is worth what someone else would pay for it.
My house is my retirement home, too. Yet I'm not foolish enough to spend
tiles that you had removed and reinstalled are going to last another 80 years.

No. He's posted his address and the price he paid for it to rec.food.cooking. He might have overpaid for it. Cash, from an inheritance that he's pissing away as fast as he can.
