Guilty of omission but after all it is the New York Times. List I saw had Karen's voting for Biden. Of course, today, crass, racist women are called Karen's.
It's either ma'am or miss. Deciding which can be a problem. Calling any man "sir" is ok after he's past his teens. Calling a young woman ma'am might offend them.
