I've often thought that perhaps Jill wouldn't be quite so "grouchy" if she took to wearing healthy "breathable" cotton panties, instead of those cheap itchy nylon panties that can be so uncomfortable in that sweltering South Carolina heat...

Time for a whole house filter? Had one in the last house and it caught lots of gunk.
It is progress that you are thinking about cotton panties. Perhaps you are on your way to an appreciation of "the natural use of the woman." However unlikely it may seem, it must be remembered that "with God all things are possible.”
Even "with God", schtupping Jill is not "possible". lol...
I think you're right.
I always had low water pressure in the upstairs bathroom sink and when remodelled it many years ago I had trouble cutting through some of the copper pipes I pound it packed with nails. Getting rid of those certainly helped with that problem. I told the plumber about it when he was here the other day. Since he as working on the drain and had the wall access opened he replaced the copper pipe. He found a bunch of 4" nails in one of them.

Joan, the Don (amd Donald, nymshifts) Shenkenberger are one of the trolls. I think it has been tossed in the bozo bin by anyone with a kill-file. This troll pretends to be my husband.
I only see it if quoted.
Might not be covered, most repairs here are considered 'normal wear and tear'.
I had a bad plumbing issue fixed here. Shark bite valve went bad. I opted to replace the super chap toilet with a new one and I showed his it. You could hear it leaking. No, nothing to do with the flapper.
The plumbing repairs are not covered by insurance. They are paying for the repairs for things damaged by the leak, like a big section of the ceiling, steam cleaning the carpeting etc.
I wasn't clear. Dave had other issues (damaged walls, carpets, etc.) caused by the leak that were covered by his homeowners insurance.
I have a home warranty (not the same as homeowners insurance) that covers most indoor plumbing issues caused by normal wear and tear.
Jill
Sounds like sabotage. Are you planning on tracking down the culprit, Officer Dave?
