All of Medicare is a scam. Most of those "doctors" aren't really doctors. They're communist agents, sent here before the USSR fell apart. Now they are adjunct Russian employees. You should use food supplements, yoga, and natural healing, and especially the medical advice you get on AHR.
The article says that they can be quite convincing - eg by knowing some of the victims personal information -

Get them often. I also get calls from Healthcare Benefits. Most want to sign you up for an Advantage plan.
Today we live in a sea of thieves. If they can defraud one in a thousand it is worth it to them.

I would be suspicious of an excessively generic name like "Healthcare Benefits".
