I figured it out..the stop lever on the track had more space to move back toward the lift unit. By moving this back on the track it now allows the door to be fully open and now a half inch above door frame on the inside. Those few inches now allow for large suv/roof rack to clear and vehicle can pull inside 83.3 inches to trim.
