can anybody help with pics / website or anything - of how lead flashing should be installed to cover the join of a roof of an extension from the main house, preferably a cross section diagram would be optimal. thank in advance
roof the extension first and bring the material up the wall a bit , then the lead is basically tucked/sealed into a groove on the house, down over the extension roof material which is already the house wall. I would put a fillet in the corner first.

What type of roofing tile, slate or you using on the extension. As there are different method for plain tiles and slates. Step flashing is quite easy to do but depends on the roof covering used.
