Dripping 'modern' kitchen mixer tap

The tap is about 12 years old and is one of those with the taps opposite one another and only needing 1/4 of a turn for full flow. It's beginning to drip. What's the repair route ? The only way I can see to get into it is by a nut under a cap on the end of each tap. There doesn't seem to be a makers name on it.

If it's a 'ceramic disc' (which it sounds like). The only real repair route is to change the innards. Turn the water off, hot and cold, remove the innards using the big nut you can see. Pop down to your local plumbers merchant with the innards AND one of the handles, they will need this to match up the splines, you may need new handles aswell.. Hopefully they will have a replacement set otherwise it is tap replacement time.
