for most things i plan on making again i try to capture the details into a notebook
but sometimes i do not capture every single detail and then i find that in two months or six months i discover some small detail that i forgot to write down
then i go looking for an example in physical form
if i cannit find that i look for photos
photos are second best but usually provide the info i need
now if i forget photos and sold all the pieces then i wing it
sometimes while winging it i hope to improve upon the design
