Ok, a picture is worth a thousand words, a video is worth one hundred thousands words.
A few weeks ago we were discussing a miter gauge used in the slot on a router table to push and mill the end of a board.
This video, at about 50 seconds shows how I cut the ends of rails on the router table without a miter gauge.

Just append &t=50s to the URL or right click the video and choose "Copy video URL at current time". It will append the time string for you.
You can then manually adjust the copied URL as needed, so that it starts exactly where you want it to.

It seems that more and more these days features are added and taken away and I simply can't keep up. And or get tired of trying to keep up. Right clicking is not an issue for me though. I have been copying the URL at the top of the page.
Banks are notorious for changing their web pages and CitiCards is especially problematic. One would think that if you wanted to down load files, ie statements and data to your finance program that those 2 files would be located in the same spot, like Discover bank. But Nooooo you have to click all over the place to find one or the other and then it is another click from there. I think they are hiring 12 year old web design people that do not have to deal with on line banking yet.
Well, the next you start to type something like "at about 50 seconds" you'll go "Oh...wait...that genius and all around nice guy DerbyDad taught me a better way." You'll Right-Click, Select, Paste and just like that...you'll be done.
Sometimes I think some businesses do updates for the sake of updates. Rarely do I see a poorly designed website suddenly become intuitive and user friendly. It usually just becomes poorly designed in a different manner.
Probably non-tech savvy people hiring low quality web design firms because they don't know any better. "How much do you want? No way! There's a company called '2 Guys And A Keyboard' that'll do it for half that price."
Or more like Oh yeah "I" figured out a better way! ;~)

It's like grocery stores. They keep moving stuff around so you have to cover the entire store. The more you see, the more you're likely to buy. Banks want you to see all the "services" they offer. They keep wanting to give me free money but I can't afford it.
You're being too kind. I more of cynical than to believe it's as simple as incompetence.
Bingo! Or as I have thought for years, 12 year old mentality in charge of designing a web page of which he is to young to use.
