Easy. For a table saw, just stay out of the line of fire. For a router, just stay out of the plane of fire.
How would you do that?
Wouldn't you have to be horizontal and above the router bit??
Doesn't sound very practical.
Tongue-in-cheek. It would be not just impractical but nearly impossible--and potentially a serious danger all by itself.
And it certainly wouldn't stop a rosette cutter from flying apart when it's misused.
