A farmer has a flock of 693 sheep. He realizes that his sheep dog is getting too old to handle such a large flock. So, he goes to the breeder and explains he needs a dog capable of handling this large population of animals.
The breeder says, "I have just what you need", and takes him to the back of his property. "This is the greatest dog you'll ever find." He turns to the dog and says, "Go ahead, introduce yourself."
The dog turns to the farmer and says, "I speak 4 languages, have a Masters degree in engineering from MIT, and a Ph.D. from the London School Of Economics. I have travelled extensively and competed in every dog race, including the Iditarod. I am loyal, loving, hard working, and would love the opportunity to serve you."
The farmer, blown away, immediately purchases the dog and heads home. Once there, he takes the dog to the pasture and says, "OK, round up the sheep." The dog pauses a moment and says, "You have 700 sheep."
