OT: Anybody using Thunderbird 3?

It has a nice new feature that I think should have been there from the beginning. When showing the message header, the entries in the "references" field are now click-able links that take you back to any of the other messages to which the current message is a reply. Couple that with the "Back" button in the main toolbar (to return to where you were) and you now have a workable method of following a thread of discussion up and down the hierarchy while in the "sort by date" view.(Hope that makes sense).

With regard to your "Mark All Read" add-on... While this doesn't work for MAIL folders, if you right click on the newsgroup title in the folders (left frame) you can mark the entire folder as read. Is that what you're talking about? Perhaps not quite as quick and easy as a big old button on the menu bar but pretty damn close.
