I'm looking for some of these hardened steel 1/2-20 drill guides, to use in some jigs I am making. I'll need sizes from 1/8" to 3/8". I found them at Rockler, but the prices are a little steep, and I'm going to need a small quantity of them. Rockler has them 3 for 6.99, not including shipping.
Any help on where to get some of these, maybe around 50 or so depending on price, would be much appreciated. Thanks! Remove the nospam from my address to email me!!

That's a little better, but not a lot, wouldn't you think that someone would have them priced under a buck each or so? As many as I'm going to need, I guess it's going to get expensive... Thanks for the link though, definitely an improvement!!

website has some problems so go to "Search" and search for the stock # or keyword bushing.
The inserts are the press-in units that the bushings then screw in to. (They are 1/2" x 20tpi)
JIG & FIXTURE INSERTS
06150 - 3pk jig and fixture inserts $5.24
06152 - 10pk jig and fixture inserts $13.60
06154 - 24pk jig and fixture inserts $31.31
These are longer bushings and should be available since H.F.Wilson makes them. The web site doesn't list them. BUSHINGS FOR SELF-CENTERING DOWELING JIGS
07203 - 3pk 1-3/4" x 1/4"
07204 - 3pk 1-3/4" x 5/16"
07205 - 3pk 1-3/4" x 3/8"
07206 - Set of 3 - 1/4", 5/16" & 3/8" $6.25
Hope this helps. Al McClure
PS - Thanks for posting this question. I've been meaning to research this as I have had need for these bushings in quantity myself for a future project. ARM
