JessEm Router Table Top (2023 Update)

I have an old JessEm router lift and table top that I'd like to mount on a shop-made table but I can't figure out how to do it with the supplied hardware. I wrote to JessEm and asked for help, and they basically replied "F/U, we don't help people who don't buy our table." Is anyone familiar with this table top and can offer advice on how to mount it?

Thanks...

I am not familiar with exactly what you have, but I installed a Woodpecker router plate by routing a ledge in a piece of melamine. I created the "table" by replacing my right side table saw extension.

The plate was my annual "What tool does Dad want for Christmas this year?" gift from the kids, so I had them spend the extra ~$16 for the template.

Is there something different about the JessEm unit that prevents this type of install?

I used flat head screws through the top into cross-dowels in the carcass of the table. All stainless.
