Hi there, I am building a small Bar and I need to get Checkerboard Formica (Black & White Squares.) Please tell me where or who sells this kind of Formica. Thanks in advance, Al.

Are you sure Formica makes it?

Remember, Formica is a brand name and a generic name for plastic laminates.

Take a look at the Formica, Pionite and Wilson Art web sites and look for the pattern. Then find a distributor of that product and have them order the product for you.

I ran into this a couple/few years ago. Was building a bar for the Circus-Circus Casino in Tunica, Miss. (what a hell hole). Anyways, I ended up having someone silk screen the pattern for me.

Now, having said that, you might want to try one of the more foo-foo brands like Abet Laminati. Also, Google yourself over to Wilsonart and check out their program for taking digitals and converting them to laminates.

Big four (Nevamar, Formica, Pionite, WilsonArt) don't sell that pattern that I'm aware of anyway. But check their web sites.

Another suggestion, buy white and black plastic laminate and cut your own squares.....
