Yesterdays customer

One of the things that I can do really well is judge a customer.

So when I went to this ones house and she answered the door I said "Sorry I must have the wrong house I was expecting an old woman"

The 82 year old customer loved it.

Have you considered a career in bullshit training? Brian

Maybe the bit where she showed me how to do a ballroom waltz in her kitchen (after moving her golf clubs out of the way).

Or more likely when she said "My daughter works for a letting agent in Surrey and she arranged this for me without my permission and she thinks that I am old and stupid".

I did find a small problem on the EICR. Ze higher than 0.8 ohms on a TNS.

Waltzed the ballroom apparently.

If I was 30 years older maybe I would have.

An elderly lady would have been more polite.

I'll leave that to sales reps and school teachers.

Just be thankful he said "woman"! :-D

and then you shagged her ;-)

I might f*ck her daughter with a sledge hammer.

She (daughter) has been on the phone this morning asking why she has not received the EICR report.

Job done on Friday and finished at about 5pm. This then needs my report typing into a computer (office staff do that job), printing off and posting to her. We can send the EICR as PDF via email if requested but she did not ask for that.

Letting agents my arse.

Nothing that passed inspection due to sensible interpretation and common sense that could now become a failure to reward such impatience?
