i've watched many of these programmes, and they always seem to use some fancy window system. I have now got plans for an extension and having looked around - all I can find is the normal uPVC suppliers.
Does anyone know how to contact any of these posh windows firms? The prices quoted on these programmes always seems quite cheap considering the quotes I have received for bog standard uPVC

For timber windows,
I had an online chat a while ago with Tom of The white cube down in Hastings and basically he alluded that suppliers were willing to 'err' cut their margins as long as they got a mention.
(it all started when I accused him of being conservative with the '500k all in' truth about his build)
Turns out he was right but it was a combination of things not least the above 'generous discounting terms' acquired.
Either way whilst not everyone's cup of tea that was all in all-in my humble opinion- the best built house in the UK
