Why did they say we were overpopulated 50 years ago, when the world pop was half of what it is now?
Fuck knows why don't you ask someone who was alive 50 years ago

Because we were.
We are now so overpopulated that people are dying from a pandemic
"a" pandemic.
First of many.
You don't bother to read history?
Because we were, and now it's twice as bad - and getting worse by the day.
It is by no means the first. Pandemics seemed to do alright when the population was many times lower. Air travel is more important factor in rapid sptread than population.
4 billion would be good number.
All the Asians, Arabs,Jocks and All the Eastern Block.
Good result all round.

Who gives a shit about History.

How odd that far more died from a pandemic 100 years ago when the world population was much lower again.
Not the first.
I don't know why you waste your time replying to such drivel. Brian
What Pandemic.

The spanish flu.
"The death toll is estimated to have been anywhere from 17 million to
50 million, and possibly as high as 100 million, making it one of the deadliest pandemics in human history".
No air travel in the 14th century.
But a lot of people living together in small spaces just like now.
Smart people.
Not really since no lockdown was introduced at all then...
Yes really given that the world was far less overpopulated then.
That?s wrong too. There was in fact lots of quarantine then.
That would exclude you then.
