Good news indeed, although I still find it mildly ironic that having spent 44 years helping sort out the problems of our multiple and generally unique reactor designs, we still seem to be heading for three different ones (admittedly, not each one of a kind). Reminds me of the three V bombers.
We have to avoid a monopoly.

At 1.6 GW a pop we need about 20 ...so plenty of room to have 3 sorts
I've got a Microwave and an SDS by Hitachi!
I have got a television made by them.
My HDDs are Hitachi - but so what?
