Hi all Could someone out there recommend a specialist floor paint (black) for internal use?
Otherwise I am going to go with 2 coats black matt undercoat, black gloss topcoat and a few coats of satin floor varnish. If anyone can recommend a paint that eliminates a few of these steps I would be v v v grateful.

sounds like a recipe for having them look like crap in a years time. Much better to clean the wood up thoroughly and varnish, would lasts many times as long. An hour spent washing the same area will have almost any crud off.

Yes it is a recipe for having them look like crap in a few years time, but I wont be here for that. Or if I am, they will have bee replaced with something much noicer ;).
TO get back to the original question, do you have a recommendation?
